Introducing Jay the Bluejay: The coolest bird in town 😎

Today, we launched (LinkedIn, X) our brand redesign by jumping out of a moving plane from 13,000 feet in the air. Why? Because, like us, we want you to jump into the new world of Bluejay :)

I want to take this week's newsletter to talk about why we wanted to do a brand redesign, and where we are headed with this direction. When Rohan and I started Bluejay, we spent little time on our brand, logo, landing page, and public image. All of our effort was spent on building an amazing product and growing our company.

To give you a sense of how focused we were on building instead of branding: we did not update our website with a single customer logo, case study, or partnership until today. Our growth was through word-of-mouth, customer referrals, and LinkedIn inbound. Purely organic. And it worked wonders for us!

Now, as we grow our team and settle into our position as the go-to conversational AI testing platform, we redesigned our public image to reflect the premium, wonderful, care-free experience our product provides our customers with.

We hope it will help attract top talent and relay our product's powerful features to audiences in a more streamlined fashion. Above all, we did this for our customers and team, who deserve to brag about the amazing new look and feel of our company.

Here's what happened at Bluejay last week:

  • Bluejay turned 1 years old this week! The team went to SF's best escape room and had dinner at a nice Italian restaurant to celebrate.
  • We redesigned our brand (logo, wordmark, colors, etc) to reflect our premium, wonderful, care-free product experience (and jumped out of a plane to launch it!).
  • Last week, the team pushed 26,529 lines of code to make Conversational AI reliable.
