Voice AI's Role in Just In Time (JIT) Interfaces

Welcome back! Here's some food for thought: What if Voice AI is the key unlock to create universally adaptable interfaces for you to control physical objects as will? Google Home. Siri. Alexa. Companies have tried building universal voice interfaces for a while. Though massive companies have thrown millions of dollars at the problem, a true solution has yet to take off. With recent Voice AI advances, the time has finally come for someone to build the universal interface to interact with any technology. That interface will be spoken language.

Voice AI presents a fresh new take on building Just In Time (JIT) interfaces for technology. Instead of just being able to turn the lights on and off in your home, imagine if you could tell your Home Agent to call the best plumber in the $150 budget range, negotiate the best price, and pay them only after the job is done. Or, imagine you could tell your Home Agent to start your dishwasher but make sure the dishes are truly dry this time.

One of the most powerful features of AI, and therefore, Voice AI, is the ability to abstract the complexity of traditionally complex interfaces. The "Just In Time" part refers to an agent's ability to do this on the fly, like learning to ride a bike by riding the bike. With Voice AI, we could enter a world where you talk to your agent about what you want made possible, and your agent makes mountains move on your command to get that thing done. Exciting, right?

Bluejay's New Frontend!

We recently released a redesigned frontend experience. We made this decision after taking in a year's worth of data of how QA testers, developers, and product managers test and monitor their agents. We focused on reducing clicks to complete common workflows, made the entire experience lightning fast and visually appealing, and removed features that were less used. The result? A super-charged Bluejay experience focused on helping customers test, monitor, and improve their conversational AI agents.
